Bottled. Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity, bready nose with some ripe banana. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar bread and elderflowers. Low bitterness.

Rated 2005 as Wohn Hefe Weissbier. Fruchtig-milder Geruch. Dieses Aroma spiegelt sich auch im Antrunk wieder. Dabei etwas laff im Körper. Die fruchtige Säuerlichkeit kommt im Nachgeschmack mit einer leichten Herbe zur Geltung. Schön erfrischend, aber m.E. nicht tief genug. --> 11

Murky yellow‐orange appearance, head is quite typical to a weizen. Aroma has ripe bananas, yeasty notes and bubblegum. Flavour is a bit stinging but good. It has banana esthers, yeasty notes, bubblegum and distant herbal notes. A bit watery finish. Good.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy opaque amber with a rich and creamy white head leaving laces. Sweet banana aroma, vitamins and a little yeast. Medium body, sweet and pleasant fruitiness – almost candy-like. Subtle phenols. Hardly any hops. 200711

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Hazy golden orange colour with mediumsized head. Aroma is banana, fruits, wheat, forest and some mild notes of yeast. Flavour is wheat, wood, earth, some yeast and mild notes of grass. A quite balanced hefe-weizen. I like.

Moderately acidic fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, banana, lighter grainy accents and phenolic spices. Slightly sweet, bitter-tart and minimal acidic and tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation.
