This German inspired Pilsner is pulled together by our house lager strain, providing notes of lavender to accompany flavor characteristics of lemon, hay, and honey, for the ultimate dry and softer bodied yet firmly bitter Pilsner.
There is, and always will be, something special about a simple beer made from equally simple ingredients that will forever captivate us. If we had to choose a house lager, this one just might be it.

Draft pour at Triple Crossing Downtown. Poured a really greawt looking clear golden color with a white head. Aroma was super crispy. Solid, nice subtle grassy and grains with a mellow hop character. Big cereal grains, really good.

Flute at Shelter pours a clear gold ringing white head. Nose has grist and grass and light lemony hop, floral. Flavor has honey and grist and sweet bread, grass. Finishes dry, a little oily but very very crushable.
