Bottle 500ml. @ ChrisOs.Clear dark brown black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolare, wood, oak, licorice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dried fruit, oaked, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101204]

Opaque black beer, frothy light brown head.Coffee minerals nose. Slightly soft and slighty dry palate, a modest amount of carbonation. Subtle vanilla wood (nothing like a US Oak Barrel beer). A whisper of bubblegum sweetness. Rounded off by coffee - smoothing out everything. Turns soft and creamy with a trace of fruit and minerals. Coffee again in the soft finish. Nice!
