First real warm day of 2022, so I had to open the bottle of Spring that's been waiting. Pours golden with a touch of haze, sheet to ring of white head. The nose is just absolutely nuts, citrus, and hay, vanilla, a unsurprisingly a little gin. Taste is very light, and a little thin. Grassy malt, mild citrus, with alot of herbals floating in there. A little vanilla. Very clean finish. Honestly the flavour is good, just weak. All well, still a great day for a beer.
