A seriously strong beer. Full bodied and well hopped, this beer packs loads of malt flavour with slight residual sweetness, nicely balancing the power of the hops.

Pigs Ear. Hazy brown beer, suddy off white head. Semi smooth dry palate. Semi sweet malt - dry and somewhat spicy. Trace of dried fruit. Warming finish from the rather obvious alcohol. Tastes okay but really not an easy drinking beer, will possibly age well.
