Belgian Ale
This Belgian Ale has has a pale, straw color hue with a white, creamy foam. The aroma and flavor are consistent with Belgian yeast characteristics including bubblegum and banana esters. Spicy notes of coriander are also present in the aroma, but more so in the flavour. Spicy notes start off soft, but linger with slightly increasing intensity; well balanced with an orange, citrus aftertaste. Low bitterness is consistent with style.

What is going on in Nova Scotia? Are there no Rate Beer folks here? I'm adding beers that untapped has over 130 reviews for. Plus, half the beers I try are rated by fellow Torontians. Le sigh. This devil is a hazy blonde with a white head that drops to a very thin ring in no time. Nose is mild hay malt, with a lot of yeast tang, all the way to bubblegum. Taste is similar, lots of esters on this bad boy, bubblegum a mild sweet malt that comes of hay, with a lingering smoke ash aftertaste. Good but feel like they went a little too warm on the brewing of this one.
