Brewed in collaboration with Chuck Mountain, this hoppy Amber ale has some tricks up its sleeve. A malt-forward mash bill provides a beautiful reddish color and sweet biscuity aroma, and an assertive hop bitterness ups the ante. Despite its bold flavor, it is surprisingly sessionable due to its fairly low ABV.

11 day old pint can A: Murky orange brown with little head or lace. S: A little fresh orange citrus with caramel, faint pine and herbs. T: Pine and bitter orange pith hit and linger into dry, zesty citrus and toasty malts. M: Drinks a bit heavier than it is. Average carbonation and yes, a dryish finish. O: Hoppy amber indeed. Could be a red IPA or at least English Pale. Very good.
