11 day old pint can A: Fine sediment-swirled rich gold pour with 1 of off white froth. Pretty good retention and sheet lacing. S: Lightly yeasty and estery with subtle apple or pear and faint funk. T: Surprisingly sweet and vinous. Applesauce with light bitterness. Dry woody notes and light alcohol provide some balance. M: Medium bodied with average to strong carbonation and lightly sticky finish. O: Interesting balance of flavors but overall just a bit too sweet for my tastes.
