Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Month old can A: Pale clear gold with a short lasting off white head and sheet lace. S: Freshly toasted bread, apples, grassy herbs and faint yeasty funk. T: Lightly bitter and dry with fruity apple notes, grassy herbs and toast. Almost kolschy but a bit breadyer with faint wafer sweetness. M: Fairly light and clean with average carbonation and dry finish. O: A bit more malt character would make this more like a pils but I have no complaints. Nice refreshing sipper.
