2 week old pint can A: Poured fairly clear deep orange amber with a tall but fast falling light tan head. S: Lime pulp, pungent herbs and toasted bread with exotic woody and earthy notes. T: Jarringly tart fresh lime hits first as faint caramel and bread sweetness is unable to balance but a dry woody note lingers. M: Medium weight, average carbonation and a sour wet finish. O: Unusual and engaging but not something I could drink regularly.
