Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a three finger white frothy head which was a little bit rocky on top but this all settled nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity sweetness, some grassy hoppiness, lemon sweetness and some caramel to sweet bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet leaning sort of quality then a light bitterness settles in for an effort of balance; finishes grapefruit sweet and seems to linger
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness; carb level seemed fine
Overall: an okay NEPA, maybe again. Maybe...

3 month old bottle A: Pours hazy pale yellow with 1/4 of lasting foam that left thick lace. S: Sweet and bitter citrus notes of lemon, grapefruit, pith and wafer cookie. T: Moderately bitter but quite tart with bright lemony citrus notes. Zest, pith and pulp all present to some degree. Light toast completes the sip. M: Light body and airy texture, with a puckering wet finish. O: I like it. Great flavor and mouthfeel. Somewhat distinctive. Nice!
