5 week old can A: Poured hard to a big thick head of beige meringue atop a clear pale gold body with a slight swirl of sediment. Good head retention and thick lacing. S: Sweet bread and tart fruity notes. T: Bitter citrus pith, tart citrus pulp, then dry woody malts to finish. M: Fine but prickly carbonation, smooth slick texture and finish. O: Very tasty and well balanced with an elegant mouthfeel. Well done.
