2 week old pint can A: Clear dark brownish red body topped with 1/2 of tan head. Short retention and little lace. S: Strong coffee nose with light chocolate and toffee. T: Eye-opening first sip. Bitter unsweetened cocoa powder and strong coffee with tart fruity notes whether from the coffee or citrusy hops. M: Light bodied, smooth and slightly sticky. O: Very nice even if a bit heavy on the coffee and light on the brown ale. I like it enough to buy again.
