Clear gold body medium foamy white head. Spicy bready aroma. Spicy bready flavor. Medium body moderately low carbonation. 5/4/6/3/12 3.0

7 week old pint can A: Poured clear pale gold with a short head that fell very fast to a ring. S: A sourdough bread scent with herbal hops. T: Bitter with peppery spice and some vinous or apple fruit notes. A little biscuit noticed but the bready aspect is lacking. M: Light to medium body and decent fizz with a fairly clean finish. O: OK but too fruity for the style. Kind of tired of new pilsners with kolsch-y flavors.
