Cask (handpump) @ The Rake, 14 Winchester Walk, London, Greater London England SE1 9AG.Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, caramel, fruity, light hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101204]

Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen on 25th May 2011. Clear amber-gold with part lacing off white foam. Zesty and fruity initial aroma; rich developing hoppiness in the liquid - floral herby and grassy with notes of peach and grapefruit. Very satisfying.

Cask handpull at Southampton Arms. Clear deep gold with lasting off white head. Diacetyl in this otherwise toffeeish fruity golden bitter. Diacetyl really takes away from it. Bit disappointing
