Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium amber colour with a small to average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, creamy caramel - butterscotch, light to moderate hoppy, hop oil notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20101202]

Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, residual white head. Light dry palate. Toffeeish malt. Mild tangy orange hops that keep going right through the finish. Not bad.
