A pint from the cask at the brewpub on my visit in April 2019. Red in colour with a off white head. Tastes of maple, grain & malt. Decent enough pint especially drunk in front of the pub on a sunny afternoon.

Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of citrus and grass. taste is malty with a bitter finish. Not bad.

Cask (handpump) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. Cask@GWBCF 2011. Ambery copper colour with a small head. Aroma is wood, some herbs and mild grassy and malty notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with mild notes of honey as well.

Draught (at the brewpub): Deep golden coloured, lacing white head; aromatic hoppy nose, some fruitiness detectable; distinctive bitter flavour, quite dry, light bodied; fruity, dry bitter finish. Well dóne, refreshing.................
