Bottle as Irma Extra. Gusher. Hazy amber color, large tan head, solid lacing. Aroma is beautiful and fruity barnyard. Taste is subtle and complex dust, hay, straw. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours muddy brown. Taste of lightly tart dark fruit, grape soda, moderately acidic vinegar and wild yeast. Medium body.

Bottle as Irma La Douce. Pours with a hazy golden hued body and a white head. Aromas of orange, light funk, a bit grassy and grainy, medium esters. Flavors are bready and quite yeasty. A bit sour. Some apricot and vinous notes. Grainy and fruity. Dry with medium carbonation. 7/4/7/4/15:3.7

Re-rate thanks to hophead22. Bottle listed as Irma Extra 4/480. Pours with a hazed light brown body with a lasting tan head. Aromas are of fruity esters, stone fruit, tannin, acidity, wood, light funk, grapes and mild caramel. Flavors are tart, tannin, fruity, lots of grapes, earthy, tobacco. Very lively bubbles, medium dry.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nectar, moderate hoppy, fruit flowers, moderate yeasty, leather, peach. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110612]

750 bottle courtesy that guy from the other side of the pond, ysper-THANKS-pours an off white head and hazy amber copper. Aroma is sweet medium malt-some sugar, medium fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt-some sugar, medium fruit, secondary spice hops.
