Draft, taster, at the brewery, 2/1/23. Dark brown with a creamy head and strong lace. Roasty and smooth. Nicely dry. Excellent mouthfeel.

On tap at Central Jersey Beer Festival at Mercer County Park, Barely translucent dark brown color. Small foamy tan head. Earthy, roasted malt aroma. Hints of bittersweet baker's chocolate and earth. Flavor is roasted malt with dryish notes. Soft mouthfeel from the oats. Some burnt wood on backend.
