Cask (handpump) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, malty, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, citrus notes, dry grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, light fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF2011. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is nuts, fruits, some nectary and wooden notes as well. Flavour is floral, fruity, wooden and bready malts along with some slight biscuity notes.
