Brewed with a blend of Belgian and American Pilsen, English Lager Malt, and domestic Chit Malt then hopped with Idaho 7 and New Zealand Motueka. Dry hopped with Belma, Nectaron and Citra Cryo during an extended Lagering period. Brewed in collaboration with our freinds from Twin Elephant Brewing Company.

16 ounce can from Icarus brewery. Brassy gold pour is topped by a frothy beige head that leaves behind spotty lacing. Earthy, bready malt nose is complimented by notes of lime and tangerine. Fresh flavorful notes of strawberry, melon, stone fruit and pineapple. Medium bodied. Very drinkable.

16 oz can from Icarus mobile, 7/3/22. Mostly clear good, white head, strong lace. Herbal, grassy, melon, a little lychee, grains, dough, and spice. Nice mix here, with nothing really dominating. Great balance. Very clean. Finishes with a nice dryness. Really nice.
