Sometimes It’s hard to know when you are smack dab in the middle of something amazing because we grow to either be or hate what’s cold, and that’s when we learn to know to run, don’t follow. Aromas of fresh baked bread with a hint of local raw honey. Clean, round and full with restrained bitterness, a touch of sweetness and notes of pear and apple skin. These things in life are the most rewarding and worth pursuing. Collaboration with Hot Water Music & NJCB.

16 oz can from Twin Elephant, via delivery, 3/30/22. Canned 3/24/22. Pours a clear, bright golden-orange color with a white head. Fairly fizzy. Bready and a little sweet. Honey, grain. Pale malt. Apple skin. Clean and highly drinkable with a tingly feel. Maybe it isn't 100% rounded, but I like this one quite a bit.
