Bügelverschlußflasche (GTN 40 80 31 73): Light amber coloured, small stable off-white head, caramelly-toasty nose with bready notes; almost moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly sweetish-caramelly finish with a bitter aftertaste. Unspectacular brew, drinkable....

Bottled 500ml (PBF, BB 11/2011)
Deep copper color, small off-white head. Very wort-like, bready, caramelly aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also ryeish bready, caramelly, nutty, raisins. Quite odd beer, hard to say what style this is. Too weak for being a bock, too sweet for märzen.
