Type: Table Ale
Conceived: 2015
Water: Atlantic Highlands
Pairs Best With: A Fine Linen Shirt, pair of Maui Jim's
A light, Tart, and Refreshing Foeder fermented wild ale.
We picked up some choice malt from our friends at Rabit Hill and let the beer condition in its bottle for a delicate spritziness.
This one is bright, balanced, and mildly acidic for a beautiful drinking experience.

On tap at the Roost. Clear gold. No head. Honey, grist, green grape, lemon balm and perfume. Flavor has light tannins and the rest. Big pinot gris. Medium bodied, slick finish. 7 2 6 3 12

500 ml bottle from Carton, via delivery, 1/19/22. Been wanting to trying this one for a minute, and finally got around getting some bottles delivered from Atlantic Highlands to my house. It pours a mostly clear golden color with a bright white head and some fairly strong, streaky lace. Yeasty and lightly funky, with a good bit of pepper, pear, lemon, and a little grass. Drinks clean and lively. Crisp and refreshing. If this is the OWC version of Boat (crushable as fuck flagship for the other side of Carton), they won't get any complaints from me.
