Brewed with Belgian Pilsner, German Dark Munich and Vienna Malt. Lightly hopped with Summer Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh. Fermented with Ale yeast then cold conditioned for an extended period. Notes of Malt, Bread and Berries with a crisp finish.

16 oz can from Icarus mobile, 1/16/22. Amber color. Clean, bready malt aroma and flavor. Toffee too. Nice feel. Clean and drinkable.

16 ounce can. Icarus rating number 125. Number one with a bullet. Deep copper brown pour. Foamy beige head. Toasted malt aroma hints at freshly baked biscuits. Flavor is baked biscuits, caramel and spicy, herbal notes. Mildly sweet with a delicate bitterness on the backend. Well made and flavorful.
