Brewed with Scottish Golden Promise, debittered Chocolate Malts and Milk Sugar. This batch spent 17 months aging in Bourbon barrels. After aging it was conditioned on an overwhelming amount of Cocoa Nibs, Guajillo Peppers, Morita Peppers, and Habanero Peppers.

Draft at the brewery, 11/18/21. Dark brown-black. Heavy bourbon over roast and chocolate. Chilis / spice on the later palate. Drinks almost flat. Tasty, but a small pour is plenty. 8/4/8/3/15
