Medium body, somewhat sweet, smooth. Rich chocolate, but in a moderate sense, really smooth, some bourbon, woody barrel in the finish. Very nice.

500 ml bottle from the 2020 Release, 2/7/21. Getting this snowy Super Bowl Sunday going with a fun one. Dark brown pour, thin and fizzy brown head. Bourbon and chocolatey. Big on both. A little sweet, but mostly on the dark chocolate / bourbon side. Really nice stuff.

Definitely chocolateliest beer I've had in a while if ever, the dry chocolate lingers on the finish a bit but it's massive chocolate sweetness throughout.
