bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear straw-yellow colour, large white head. Grainy, malty with hints of cornflakes, nice hoppy finish. Mainly sweet and malty - nice one.

Bottle 500ml. @ PBF 2011 [ As Kapplerbräu Export Hell ].ABV: 5.2%. Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty, sweet malt. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110702] 5-3-6-3-12 Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Kapplerbräu Export Hell ].Clear medium golden orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity malt - hops, grassy, malty. Very nice food beer :D Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140718] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle (thank You, Jonas!): Clear golden with a greenish sheen, topped by a white, lacy head; moderate strawy to pale-malty nose with a very light woody-hoppy tinge; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; a tinge of vanilla in the sweet-malty finish. Unspectacular, but good Helles....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet, doughy and grainy malty aroma with a light flowery touch, also shades of draff and herbal hops. Slightly draffy malty taste with herbal notes, sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Sweet and slightly chalky and bitter finish. Okay (31.III.09).
