Our traditional session ale. Originally brewed in 1879, Hobby Horse very quickly became a thoroughbred. We hope this hand crafted ale will awaken and re-kindle your senses. Take time out for a sumptuous injection of nostalgia. Light refreshing and hoppy. A real winner.

Cask at GBBF08. Clear dark amber colour. Stable frothy white head. The flavour kis quite nice. Subtle but malty. A little spicy hops. Not bad.

Cask@GBBF2008. Amber colour, small beige head, some lace. Aroma is hops, yeast and quite much earthyness. Flavour is the same along with slight metallicness and licorice. Finish is very wooden.
