Cask (handpump) @ The New Wheatsheaf, 24 Southwark Street, Greater London, England SE1 1TY.Clear light to medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sour malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, light sour malt, earthy, late finsh has plastic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110617]

Cask@The New Wheastsheaf, London. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wood, nectar, mild nutty notes as well as some slight notes of nectar and honey. Flavour is fruits, mild liquorice, some herbs and mild earthyness.
