With Permutation 7.04, we took Citra Cutting Tiles and added Munich Malt to the grist bill to amplify the body and introduce subtle notes of caramel and biscuit that play wonderfully with the local raw wildflower honey.

16 oz can, 6/8/20. Fully hazed darker orange pour, white head, smaller lace. Sweet orange juice, grapefruit, and a little peach. Drinks very sweet. Good beer.

Pours a rich cloudy dark orange from a can, little bit of head quickly dissipates. Very nice Citra exhibit, big OJ aroma and flavor, for a honey beer I'm not picking up on honey notes but there is some sweetness. Nice round mouthfeel. Great beer.

Pours deep hazy orange into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet honey and mango aromas. Sharp with dusty mango and citrus skin and pith upfront turning to hot honey and earthy bitterness in the lasting finish.
