An English spin on a New England style, this hazy, low-bitter IPA is dry-hopped with an abundance of English hops complemented with a wintery hint of ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.

Cloudy orange brown pour from can. Citrus, malt, cinnamon and Clove. Weird but it works. I like this beer

Hazy deep copper and bronze coloured body with a thinnish two centimetre tall super tan head and a body that is almost completely opaque. Aroma of grapefruit, light spices, pungent malt, alcohol and bunches of fresh ginger. Medium-bodied; Very rich malt presence with a good deal of alcohol,  sweet sugars, bitter nuts and again, tons of ginger and lemongrass spice components with a touctouch of 'plain' hoppy notes on the end. Aftertaste shows the bitterness through an equal amount of hops and malt, but the spice and lightly astringent notes dominate and some malt and toffee come through at theend with a very mellow nut and hop bite. Overall, a very interesting take on an IPA, especially at this time of year (it's still early in the season), but missing the mark a bit with less emphasis on hops, there is too much maltiness - still interesting and good to try, however. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 28-October-2019 for US$3,99 sampled at home in Washington on the same day, 28-October-2019.

16 ounce can from Wine Warehouse, 12/29/19. Very hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of ginger and nutmeg with pale malt and some generic hoppiness. Taste is ginger, other spices, lemon, grapefruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Weird, but good. As best I can tell this is a spiced NEIPA which I'm not sure I've ever seen before. Unique and interesting. Not sure I like the concept but its well executed.

16 oz can from jcos. Orange pour, thin white head. Herbal, nutmeg, ginger, all spice. Bit of orange zest. Nice mouthfeel. Pretty good. Kinda weird.
