Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is leathery, some sweet and sour wooden, mild sweet notes. Flavour is sour wood, sweet malts, mild alcohol, farmyard as well as mild earthy and spicy notes. Balanced and "basic sour" which isnβt that sour in the end.

Bottled (PBF)
Hazy orange color, not much head. Light barnyard, some fruityness, light oak in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity, lots of oak, some tart bretta -not too much. Quite unbalanced combination of oak and bretta - not bad beer but needs at least one year of aging.

Bottle, from trade with thewolf. It pours a slightly unclear body, amber in color and with a minimal white head. At first the aroma consists mostly of caramel, but suddenly all the parts of the name kicks in with oak, smoke and brett, the smoke being the most evident of the three. A touch of alcohol too. The flavor is sweet with caramel, some oaked hints, a faint bretty touch and a distinct and subtle smokyness. Nice bitterness too, lasting all the way. Citrus hints. It seems to just layer up, suddenly the alcohol kicks in, and thereβs also a hint of dried fruits. Itβs full-bodied and slightly warming, with a lasting finish. A really nice one. 110621

Bottle at The Cadβs Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting. Pours a clearish, red-orange with a slight film. Nice and funky with subtle smoke in the nose. Brilliant flavor: sweet, smokey and funky. There are strong caramel and malt notes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly smokey and plenty sweet in the finish, with fruits, caramel and toffee. Just a great effect overall.

Bottled. Tnx thewolf! To be honest, I couldnt find my notes anymore, but I remember I liked it. Maybe a bit odd combination of smoke and brett, but it turned out quite nice. Bit dryish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and roasted malty. Mild leathery aroma. Light wooden. Sweet malty, smoked and wooden dry flavoured. Sweet impression, yet rather dry and bitter flavoured.
