zapach przyjemny, słodkawy, słodowy, lekkie nuty owocowe z domieszką ziół. czysty i miły. kolor złoty, dość głęboki, lekko opalizujący, piana biała, drobna, średnio obfita, ale trzyma się dzielnie. w smaku zdecydowanie pełne, mocno słodowe, trochę chlebowe z lekkimi nutami dojrzałych owoców i może pestki z jabłka, ale w przyjemny sposób. goryczka dość wysoka, dobrze zgrana, ziołowo jabłkowa. nasycenie raczej wysokie. bardzo porządne mocne piwo bez udziwnień

Bottle 500ml. @ PBF 2011[ Courtesy of Ole ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, vegetables, sour malt. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]
