Sampled on draft at the brewpub, Shirlington location. Pours a dark brown color with ruby highlights. Large head with poor head retention and lacing. The aroma is weak with notes of chocolate, toffee and nuts. Taste is lightly roasted malts, nuts and caramel. Thin-medium bodied. Smooth.
