Cloudy blond color. Strong vinegar aroma just from the bottle; them there is some glue, ripe fruit, guava. Smooth mouthfeel, simple malt flavor, some yeast spice mess; ordinary bitterness. After the first terrible approach, it’s a reasonable fruity Saison.

chiara buona schiuma buona persitenza naso con un tocco fruttato lieve erbaceo poca speziatura cosi in bocca non molto corpo rinfrescante una lieve acidita con un finale leggermente amaro

Bottle 750ml.Light unclear medium grey yellow colour, sparkling with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toaste, wheat - rice, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, wheat, coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110609]
