Scallions and lemongrass nose. Clear amber, thin head. Grass and lillies. Malty finish. Good progression, not a fan of this hop bill, but a fair representative of the style.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of big citrus hops, roasted malts, earthy notes and a bit of chocolate. The taste is roasted malts, faint chocolate, bitter citrus and herbal hops. Medium bodied. Solid.
