Brewvival 2015 Trip #113. Keg at Brewvival. Pours a dark brown with a large foamy tan head. Aroma of dark fruits, herbal and piney hops, rye, caramel. The taste is toffee, cinnamon, roasted malt, dark fruits, piney hops, rye. Medium bodied.

On tap at Holy City they day before Brewvival. Pours a murky dark brown with some clumpy, off white head. Nose is quite green, very gristy, nutty, malty, some mild onion patch. Flavor is better, nutty, malty, chewy grains, some hops. Muddled finish. A bit young.
