Named after Diamond Avenue, where we’re located, our American Pale Ale is also a diamond in itself; precious. It has a citrus hoppiness from start to finish. An aroma reminiscent of mango and grapefruit, a pale golden appearance, a moderately bitter beer with a slight toasty flavor, this beverage is pleasing to the senses.

Lots of hops initially on the head here. Big citrus peel sense. Pours amber with great head and lacing. Bitter finish with light sourness. Consistency a little syrupy for my liking. Elements a little unbalanced here. Tap at brewpub.

Tap. Pours hazy golden amber, medium creamy beige head, slow to dissipate with good lacing. Aroma is pretty buttery indeed, some citrus. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, harshly astringent, butter, pine. Lingering harsh finish. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. No.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #25. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of, well, diacetyl. The taste is caramel and bitter astringent hops. Thin bodied, lingering astringency.
