Keg at the cidery. Pours a hazy pale yellow. Aroma of sweet apples, caramel, mild earth, vanilla and vegetal notes. The taste is tart apples, vanilla, sweet finish. Medium bodied, faintly prickly, lingering tartness. Not a dry cider.
