Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow, lots of visible carb, medium sized frothy tan head, decent head retention. Aroma of vinegar, apple, pale malt, floral notes, mild caramel and spicy hops. The taste is kombucha, caramel, raisin, spice, lemon, candied lemon. Medium bodied, low-carbonation.
