Keg at the brewpub, 5/5/15. Clear dark red tinted brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, plum, yeast. The taste is chocolate, roasted malt, spice, yeast, mild plum. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
