660 mL bottle. Clear pale golden with a fizzy off-white head that quickly fades. Aroma of tart, dry apricot, dry apples. The taste is sweet apricots, dried apricots, dried apples, vanilla. Thin-medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Apple and peach aroma, a little funk. Crystal clear champagne, some carbonation. Looks a little watery. Dry apple, funk is more prominent, apricot is absent. Subtle lavender finish. Light body, harsh mouthfeel. Different from the regular Hardside apple cider, but not by as much as you might think.
