660 mL bottle. Clear golden with a large fizzy white head. Poor retention. Aroma of sweet apples, apple skins, candied notes, hints of vanilla. The taste is sweet apples, dry apples, white wine, tannins, vanilla, hints of wood. Medium bodied, decent balance.

Apple nose, quite rubbery at first, but it goes away as the cider breathes. Crystal clear gold, visible carbonation. Semi-dry initially, tangy apple briefly at midpalate, dry and phenolic finish. Light body, moderately carbonated, phenols give the impression of warmth, but alcohol isnβt that evident. Surprising amount of character, palatably dry.
