On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear red color with a small white head. A big sweet malty nose. The flavor is big sweet malts, caramel, toffee, huge hops. Sticky. Awesome. This is one of the best BWs I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh hops, deep sweet toffee. Lovely.

Bottle shared at the Nov. 2015 Monticello Dairy tasting. Slightly hazy copper, large fizzy tan head, decent retention. Aroma of toffee, bourbon, booze, herbal hops. The taste is toffee, vanilla, wood, bourbon, herbal hops. Medium bodied, boozy.
