Elegant sweet aroma of tropical fruits and grapefruit. Hints of flowers. Light body for a very drinkable beer which has a sweet fruity and malty backbone and bitterness from grassy hops and grapefruit zest.
Finish is dry, and there’s a nice bitter grassy and vegetable aftertaste with a spicy warm peppery note.

Very hazy amber beer, good white head. Nose of light hops and mild pepper. Palate is quite smooth with a mild carbonated bite. Semi dry. Mild creamy malt, a bit dry. The hops are very mild - a little orange. The spice is fresh tasting and dry. Dry finish with a whisper of esters. Nice idea but could do with more ooomph! Peppery aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber-orange with a large foamy creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, peach, citrus, flowery. Flavor is strong caramel and bready malt, medium sweet with notes of flowery and herbal hops, slight peppery notes as well, but very subdued. Finish is lightly bitter and peppery.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Fruity nose with gooseberry and red currant. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Pink peppers are very evident and matches the hop profile well. Mild pepper burn in a mid bitter finish. Elegant and clean, with a unique flavour.

Bottle. Cloudy, orange liquid with big off-white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy with notes of grapefruit, citrus, rosé pepper, tropical fruit, blackberries, bread and caramel malt. Taste is dry with medium bitterness and notes of biscuity malt and some fruity hops. Some peppery action as well. Medium bodied with nice carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Decent IPA. The pink pepper works well together with the rest of the beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma, floral and a bit fruity. Hoppy flavor with some flowers, fruits, a bit of yeast, light sweetness and a bitter and somewhat spicy finish. Enjoyable.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours hazy. Orange with a small white head. Fruity and crisp hoppy, light herbal, bitter and dry grassy. Ends light citric. Bitter and dry finish.

Cloudy blond color, with very large head, and nice lace. Aroma of common beer, maybe boring, with light pepper touch, evident, soapy too; later, some noble hop appears. Dry mouthfeel, spicy malt flavor, coriander, with a nice peppery note. Unfortunately it’s not fruity, but the pink pepper is a good idea.
