Keg (maybe nitro?) at the brewpub. Dark brown red highlights. Large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of dry roast, chocolate, smoke, molasses, raisin. Taste is roast, molasses, chocolate, raisin, smoke. Medium bodied, slick, moderate lingering bitterness. Very nice.

Tap. Pours clear black, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, molasses, cocoa, a hint of burnt notes.
