Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet fruit, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, overriped figs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101201]

Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer. Light dry palate. Light toffee malt and really light orangey hop. Nothing unusual but nicely done.
