Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, caramel, smoke notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, smoke, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101201]

Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London on 9th January 2011. Dark ruby with thin greyish head and no lacing. Rich, fruity and pungent. Spicy aroma and herbs - spices of nutmeg and touch of grass in-mouth. Fruity finish with some spiciness and berry fruits. Zingy mouthfeel.
