Süßlicher Malzantrunk, der erstaunlich mild daherkommt. Hopfig-süß geht es anschließend weiter, dabei ist aber die milde Herbe Taktgeber. Das süßliche helle Malz stellt die angenehme Grundwürze. Geringe Holznoten. Solider Bock! 8/10/10/9/7/9

Bottle at post-WSF tasting, thanks to fonefan. It pours fizzy piss yellow, with a fizzy white head. The nose is butter, grass, hay and wheat. The taste is butter, grass, metal, bread, sweet malt and boiled green vegetables, with a light bitter finish. A pretty boring Doppelbock, with harsh carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. @ the WSF after tasting on the Riding School Hostel.[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, dusty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle (courtesy of Koelschtrinker). Honey/lemon malt and light astringent alcohol aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet corny malt and moderately bitter/astringent alcohol flavor. Decent body. Okay but a bit rough.
